Expect an email within 10 business days to let you
know your order is on the way!


STORE PICKUP - 
We are unable for orders to be picked up.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days The post's delivery standard is 5 - 10 working days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to most countries. See options of countries at checkout as it will depend on the product you're purchasing.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DC EQUIPMENT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tom.filmer@dce.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
